Gal Gadot kicks butt in Warner Bros’ latest comic book superhero movie, Wonder Woman directed by Patty Jenkins. Using the new film as a hook Warner Bros. UK and British Military Fitness have created the “Wonder Woman Workout” to help the rest of us get warrior-fit this summer.
The BMF Wonder Woman workout incorporates the beloved Super Hero’s “Lasso of Truth” along with bespoke Wonder Woman moves and contains a series of exercises to help build speed, strength and power.
